6E Club Customer Care: Self-Help Fixes and Fake Helpline Checks

Checked · 6E Club guide in plain English

Buffalo help-desk clerk with a headset waving for the 6E Club customer care guide

Need 6E Club customer care? Most problems with the free game can be fixed by you in under a minute, because your account lives in your own browser rather than on a server. This guide lists the common problems and their fixes, explains how to reach the people behind this site, and shows how to spot the fake helpline numbers that use the name.

One fact to keep in mind from the start: there is no phone number, no WhatsApp line and no support email address. Anyone who calls or messages you as “customer care” is not from this site.

How 6E Club Customer Care Works

6E Club customer care is built around self-help, and there is a good reason for it. The free game keeps your account, coins and pick history in your browser on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server, so there is no account database for a support agent to open.

In practice, that means you are the only person who can see or change your account. It also means a “helpline” claiming it can view your balance, unlock your coins or verify your details is lying, because there is nothing online for it to look at.

Three routes to help

  • Fix it yourself. The table in the next section covers the problems people meet most often, from a forgotten password to a frozen timer.
  • Read the guides. Sign-in trouble, app questions and money scams each have a page of their own, linked throughout this guide.
  • Contact this site. For bugs, wrong information in a guide, or a fake page using the name, the contact page explains how to reach us.

Why there is no phone line

A phone line only helps when the person answering can look something up. Here, there is nothing to look up: no account records, no balances and no payment history on any server. A call centre would have no tools to fix anything, so a 6E Club customer care number would add cost and confusion without solving a single problem.

There is a safety reason too. Every brand that publishes a helpline number soon finds copies of it, with one digit changed, posted in comments and adverts. With no real number to copy, the rule stays simple for everyone: if someone claims to be 6E Club customer care on the phone, the call is fake.

What you will never get from us

No call, no text, no WhatsApp message and no friend request. No request for an OTP, UPI PIN, bank account, Aadhaar or PAN. No “verification fee” and no screen-sharing app. Real 6E Club customer care has nothing to ask you for, because the game holds no money and no personal details.

Self-Help Fixes for the Most Common Problems

Find your problem in the table first. Almost every issue with the game comes down to which browser you are using, whether site data was cleared, or simple timing inside a round.

Common problems with the free game and how to fix them

Sign-in and password trouble

Most sign-in problems come from using a different browser. An account made in Chrome does not exist in Firefox, Samsung Internet or Safari, even on the same phone. Open the browser you used on the day you signed up and try there first. The step-by-step sign-in help goes through the error messages one by one.

A forgotten password is the one problem no one can fix. The game never stores it as text, only as a salted SHA-256 hash, and there is no email or phone number on the account to send a reset link to. Making a fresh account takes under a minute, and you start again with 10,000 practice coins.

Lost accounts and moving to a new phone

Accounts do not move between devices. That is a privacy choice: no personal data ever leaves your phone. The trade-off is that a new phone, a factory reset, or clearing your browser’s site data means starting again.

The browser keeps the account in local storage, a small space each website gets on your device. Phone cleaner apps and “clear cache” buttons often wipe it along with other junk, so check their settings if your account keeps disappearing.

Coins, rounds and results

If a pick did not go through, check the clock. Picks close in the last 5 seconds of every period, in all four round lengths: 30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes and 5 minutes. The “My picks” history shows your last 200 picks, so you can confirm what was placed and what came back.

A long run of misses is not a fault. Each digit from 0 to 9 has the same 1 in 10 chance every period, and no pick returns more than you put in on average. Nobody can fix that for you, and anyone who says they can “set” a result is running a trick.

If rounds have stopped feeling like fun and started to feel like something you must get back, that is not a problem for 6E Club customer care to solve. Take a break, and look at time limits, warning signs and free helplines instead.

Screen and browser problems

If buttons overlap or the page looks broken, update your browser, then refresh. Turning off a data-saver or “lite” mode can help on slow mobile data. Very old browsers may not support the secure random generator the game uses, so the latest Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge or Samsung Internet works best.

What Support Can and Cannot Do for You

Knowing the limits of 6E Club customer care saves time and keeps you safe. If someone promises more than this table shows, they are not from this site.

Requests and whether this site can help

Reset a forgotten passwordNoThe password is never stored as text and nothing is online
Restore a deleted or cleared accountNoIt lived only in your browser; once removed, it is gone
Move an account to a new phoneNoAccounts do not sync; make a new one on the new phone

The rows marked “No” are not a lack of effort. They are the price of a design that keeps no personal data and no money anywhere, which also means there is nothing for anyone to steal.

About money and payouts

A lot of messages sent to any “customer care” are about withdrawals. Practice coins never turn into money, so there is nothing to release, verify or speed up. If you are chasing a payout from another app, read why coins never cash out and how payout scams work before you pay anyone a “fee”.

How to Contact This Site

When self-help does not solve it, go to the contact page. It always shows the current way to reach the people behind this site. There is no support email address at the moment, so treat any address posted elsewhere under the 6E Club name with suspicion.

What to include in your message

  • The phone model and the browser you use, with its version if you can find it.
  • What you were doing, and what you expected to happen.
  • For a round problem: the round length (30 sec, 1 min, 3 min or 5 min) and the period number.
  • For a fake page or number: where you saw it and when, plus a screenshot if you have one.

What never to send

Never include your password, an OTP, a UPI PIN, card numbers or bank details. Crop screenshots so they do not show other apps, messages or notifications. We will never ask for any of these, so a reply that does is not from us.

When to expect an answer

6E Club customer care is not a call centre. There is no live chat and no promised reply time, so self-help is always the faster route. For anything urgent involving money, do not wait for us: call your bank and the cyber crime helpline on 1930.

Many questions are answered already in the short answers on our FAQ page, grouped by accounts, coins, rounds, apps and safety.

Fake 6E Club Customer Care Numbers

Because people search for a 6E Club customer care number, scammers make sure one shows up. Since the real answer is “there is no number”, every number you find is fake by definition.

Where fake numbers appear

  • Comments under videos and posts, often from accounts with a helpful-sounding name.
  • Edited business listings on maps and directory sites.
  • Paid adverts at the top of search results that lead to a page with a big “Call now” button.
  • Telegram channels and WhatsApp groups that call themselves “support” or “help desk”.
  • Text messages saying your account is blocked and giving a number to call.

Fake profiles and look-alike pages

Some scammers go further than a number. They build a profile or a small web page called “6E Club customer care”, copy a logo, and add a chat button. The page may even list a few real facts about the game to look trustworthy. The giveaway is always the same: sooner or later it asks you to pay, share a code or install something, and the real game never does any of the three.

The scripts they use

The opening is almost always friendly and urgent at the same time. You may hear that your account needs KYC, that a withdrawal is stuck, that a refund is waiting, or that your coins will expire today. Each story ends the same way: a payment, a code, or an app to install.

Some callers ask you to install a screen-sharing app “so we can fix it”. Once they can watch your screen, they see every OTP and password you type. This is a form of phishing, and it works because people trust anything that sounds like customer care.

Fake download links travel the same way. A “support agent” may send a file and call it an update. The game needs no file at all; the page on fake APK files and home-screen shortcuts explains how to play without installing anything.

How to Check a Helpline Before You Call

This checklist works for any company, not only 6E Club customer care. Use it whenever a number arrives from somewhere other than the company’s own website or app.

  1. Find the source. Get contact details only from the company’s own site, typed by you, not from a comment, advert or forwarded message.
  2. Look for a mobile number. Large companies rarely use ordinary ten-digit mobile numbers as their main helpline. One posted in a comment is a red flag.
  3. Listen for pressure. “Your account closes in one hour” or “pay now or lose everything” is a sales script, not support.
  4. Notice what they ask for. OTPs, UPI PINs, card numbers and remote-access apps are never needed to answer a question.
  5. Check the payment direction. If you are told to “receive” money by scanning a QR code or approving a request, money is about to leave your account, not arrive.
  6. Hang up and verify. End the call, then contact the company through a route you found yourself. A real helpline will still be there.

The National Payments Corporation of India, which runs UPI, publishes plain safety advice on collect requests, QR codes and PINs. It is worth sharing with older family members, who are often the first target of fake support calls.

Already Spoke to a Fake Helpline? Next Steps

If you called a number claiming to be 6E Club customer care and shared something, do not feel embarrassed. These scripts are polished, and speed now matters more than anything else.

  1. Call your bank using the number on your card or in its own app, and ask it to block cards or UPI as needed.
  2. Call the national cyber crime helpline on 1930 and keep the transaction ID, time and amount ready.
  3. File a complaint at the cyber crime reporting portal with screenshots of the call log, chat and any payment.
  4. If you installed an app at their request, uninstall it and change your banking and email passwords.
  5. Be wary of anyone who later offers to “recover” your money for a fee; that is a second scam.

Then report the fake number to us, with where and when you found it. We cannot get money back, but we can warn other readers about the exact listing or channel. For an overview of what this site is and what it never does, see the 6E Club home page.

If you are not sure your account details are safe, the checks for fake sign-in pages show how to tell the real game screen from a copy.

Help and Contact Questions

What is the 6E Club customer care number?

There is no customer care number. This site has no phone line, no toll-free number and no call centre. Any number posted online under the 6E Club name, in a search result, a comment or a video description, belongs to someone else. Do not call it and never share codes or payment details with it.

Is there a WhatsApp or Telegram support group?

No. There is no support chat on WhatsApp, Telegram or any other app, and no one from this site will message you first. Groups and accounts that use the name to offer “help” are not connected to this site.

Can support reset my password or bring back a deleted account?

No. Accounts are saved only in your own browser, and the password is stored as a scrambled hash that no one can turn back into text. Nobody here can see, reset or restore it. If you forget the password or delete the account, make a new free account; it starts with 10,000 practice coins.

My coins are almost gone. Can someone add more for me?

You can do it yourself in one tap. The “Reset coins” button sets your balance back to 10,000 at any time, free. No code, payment or message to support is needed, and anyone selling coins or top-ups is not connected to this site.

Can I ask for a round result to be checked or changed?

Results cannot be changed by anyone. Each digit is drawn in your browser with a secure random generator, and every digit from 0 to 9 has the same 1 in 10 chance. If you think the screen showed something wrong, note the round length and period and describe it through the contact page.

Someone from “customer care” asked for my OTP or UPI PIN. What now?

End the conversation. The game never asks for an OTP, UPI PIN, bank details or a payment. If you already shared anything, call your bank first, then the cyber crime helpline on 1930, and file a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in.

6E Club Customer Care in Short

6E Club customer care starts with you. Most problems come from a different browser, cleared site data or the 5-second pick cut-off, and the fixes take less than a minute. Forgotten passwords and deleted accounts cannot be restored, but a fresh account is always free.

For anything self-help cannot solve, use the contact page on this site. There is no phone number, no WhatsApp and no support email address, so any “6E Club customer care” number you find online is fake. Never share an OTP, PIN or payment, and report losses on 1930.
